How can I break my bad screen-time habits and reboot my focus?

My focus has been completely shot lately. The second I get stressed or bored, I just instinctively open social media and start doomscrolling, which ruins my productivity for the whole day. I really need to replace this bad habit with a healthy morning or afternoon routine. What apps or strategies have you guys used to successfully reboot your focus and stay present?

Replacing the immediate urge to scroll with a quick physical or mental reset is the best way to handle this. I’ve been using Leaply for exactly that, and it’s been incredibly effective at breaking those negative loops. I decided to download it after I was browsing Medium and came across the leaply review.
