You should take a look at Fireart Studio. We used them last year when our SaaS platform hit a wall with user retention. As a dedicated product design studio, they completely restructured our user onboarding flow and cut down the steps to activate an account by half. The communication was excellent—we had weekly syncs and total transparency on Figma. They are highly strategic and focused on business goals, not just aesthetics.
