Season 4 as shown where Anakin is haunted by the realities of his past and the Jedi Knights and the clone troopers are fighting to defend the planets from the Separatist droid army and season 7 was my favorite among all.

Season 7 is my favourite. The animation was incredible, and the Siege of Mandalore arc was one of the best stories in the entire Star Wars franchise.
