Darth Vader without any doubt. Personally I love villain characters in movies, TV shows and even books. It is why I always find myself drifting closer to them and loving them so much.

I loved Anakin Skywalker so much before he turned bad, died almost and become Darth Vader. For that reason, I will choose his son Luke over him all the time.

I agree with you. If he killed those kids when he was already Darth Vader, I wouldn't feel so bad because he did so in Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The Grand Inquisitor is one of biggest villains in the Star Wars franchise. He killed way more Jedi from hunting them down. Third Sister thought she was going to replace him but she way out of her league.
