Is Rey a Palpatine or Skywalker?

I dunno, cause she's said "I am Rey Skywalker", which doesn't make sense to me personally, as she's Palpatine's biological granddaughter. Why has she said to be "Rey Skywalker" then at the end of the movie?

Well, after Ray was resurrected by Ben, who gave his life for her and despite being Palpatine by blood, she took the Skywalker surname with the blessings of Luke's and Leia's spirits. It's why she said that "I am Rey Skywalker".
