The most heart-stirring, the one that pulls to my heart strings, is when Darth Vader returns to being "Anakin" and sees Luke Skywalker, his own flesh and blood, the baby that he's always thought he's killed in anger, for the 1st time.

That scene gets me every time too. My favorite is still Luke refusing to give in to the dark side. It makes Vader's redemption even more powerful.
