A short time in a galaxy pretty close to home was a lot of creative people who thought it would be fun to pick on Star Wars and with George Lucas being a good guy at not getting upset at these fans, some really funny stuff was born. We found out that YouTube is full of these great videos from those who see the humorous side of the force and thought we would share them with you here, some of the highlights that we saw.
Everyone knows that Darth Vader can be somewhat of a jerk, but who knew that he was that way to his own crew. In this video we find out that he really does have a dark sense of humor.

Obi-Wan survived the battle of the fates, even though his master Qui-Gon Jinn didn’t. Too bad Kenobi wasn’t there to save the elderly Jedi. If he had only used force speed when the doors opened, the movie might have ended differently.

The Dark Lord of Sith might have been a terrible guy, but at home, he was the model father. Check out these little seen home movies of his relationship with his kids Luke and Leia and how he tried to teach them the right ways to live.

Every year at Disney, they have Star Wars Weekends which includes performances by the characters of Star Wars doing crazy things. This time it is a dance off, first between Padme and Leia and then Darth takes the stage to perform Thriller for the crowd of onlookers.

This is hilarious. It is also from Star Wars Weekends, of which they get a young one up on the stage to face off against the Dark Lord. However, this time it didn’t go exactly how they planned it to, but it made a really funny video.

Ever been in a meeting discussing your plans to take over the galaxy, when some insubordinate didn’t turn off his cellphone and starts talking on it, interrupting the whole meeting? Darth Vader apparently ran into such an inconsiderate and let’s just say he didn’t find the situation amusing.

Being a Stormtrooper is hard enough, but when you are assigned to the Death Star Help Desk, it’s very stressful. All those calls all day about how to shut down all the garbage disposals on the detention level, how to restart a tractor beam, whether or not the replicator works. Huh? Well anyway, here is the story of one such stormtrooper and what his typical day is like working on the Death Star.

In this alternative scene where Darth Vader is dying on the Death Star and Luke takes off his mask, we find out that the Dark Lord could have been a blues musician, which comes as a shock to everyone, including his son.

And finally, Star Wars characters sing a tribute to their favorite green muppet, jedi master Yoda, in this spoof on the song YMCA. Yoda look good for 800 years he does. Dance he can.

And there you have some of the ones we found really funny. We didn’t include any from Robot Chicken, but if you look up Robot Chicken Star Wars on YouTube, you will find a whole bunch of really hilarious clips from their Star Wars tribute shows that is sure to crack up any fan.
