How many hours do you sleep daily?

When it comes to how many hours I sleep every night, it's not enough to be very honest. I sleep less than 4 hours every night and I don't nap in the afternoon. It's already affecting my health but I'm trying to work on it.

I don't joke with my sleep which is why sleep very early. This is to make sure I get enough sleep before it's time for me to wake up in the morning. I sleep more than 10 hours every night.

Currently, I sleep between at least 6 to 7 hours every night. It's only once in a while that I get to nap during the day. It's only when I do midnight prayers I sleep less than 7 hours.
