Switch Off or Flight Mode?

Which one do you use when you want your phone to be offline? Do you completely switch off your phone or do you only put it in flight mode?

I make use of flight mode more often because it's more convenient for me instead of switching off the phone entirely.

If I don't need disturbance of calls or messages which won't stop me from watching my movies or playing games. I make use of flight mode because it's easy to remove and more convenient than switching my phone off.
