Which character in the entire Star Wars franchise do you think have the saddest storyline? I think it's going to be Anakin Skywalker. If he wasn't lied to and deceived by Darth Sidious, he would have been the greatest Jedi.

Honestly, I’d say Anakin Skywalker takes it for me. He had everything going for him, but fear and attachment slowly broke him down until there was barely anything left of the hero he used to be.
