Favourite Super Villains in Star Wars?

I personally love Darth Vader 1st and 2nd, my all-time favourite : Emperor Palpatine.

Whenever it comes to super villains and Star Wars I feel that Darth Vader will be the one that is usually mentioned first and foremost being how popular he is even to people who do not follow Star Wars. He would definitely have to be my favorite villain when it comes to Star Wars.

No villains in the Stars Wars franchise is bigger than Darth Vader. He's the strongest, baddest and the meanest. His link with the Force made him brutal and dangerous.

Another super villain is The Grand Inquisitor. He's the right hand man killer of Darth Vader. I thought he was killed too easily by The Third Sister in Obi-Wan Kenobi but I was wrong

It's definitely going to be Darth Vader. His story arc started and stretch much from of the original trilogy and the prequels. This made him a central figure in the Star Wars franchise. Although, Palpatine's bigger role as the architect of evil would be considered as what puts him at the top the biggest villain in Star Wars.
