Do you consider yourself to be addicted to using smartphone? A very good number of people will go into serious meltdown if their smartphones are taken away from them. They can't live or stay a day without their smartphone.

How has smartphone addiction affected your mental health and social interactions?

The only thing my smartphone addiction have affected are my eyes and not my mental health.

I will simply learn how to cut down my screen time so that my eyes will not be badly affected.
